including physical evidence for astrology and a discussion of how astrology
impacts evolution and human consciousness. He will draw case examples from
Mercury retrograde periods, the Jupiter and Saturn cycle, and the 2008

Vijay Rishii is a chemical engineer from south India with a Ph.D. in
bio-analytical chemistry from Sweden. Vijay has been in the US since 2001 and is
currently living in Houston. Vijay is an amateur astrologer and has been
studying and doing research in Western astrology for the past 20 years.
